Come and hear the adventures of one of the best-loved animals in children’s literature, Varjak Paw. Varjak is a small blue Mesopotamian cat that lives high up in an old house on a hill. He’s never left home, until his grandfather tells him about The Way, a mysterious martial art for cats. Join SF Said as he shares the stories of Varjak and his encounters with a city full of cat gangs, dangerous dogs and the mysterious Vanishings.

Under 12s must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult.

Bringing more than one child to the Children’s Festival at the ACE Centre?
Parallel events mean that your older child can attend an event on their own as long as we know you are in the building. You can then accompany your younger child to their event. You will only need one ticket for yourself.
