Over the past seven years, chef Raymond Blanc has planted an orchard of 2,500 trees in the grounds of Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, his hotel restaurant in Oxfordshire. Now he has written an enchanting book celebrating these ancient varieties of fruit, from apples to peaches to walnuts, jam-packed with anecdotes and recipes, weaving a rich story of our country's past.

Raymond will be interviewed by Kathy Slack.
