As a specialist in palliative medicine, Rachel Clarke brings care and comfort to those reaching the end of their lives. She was personally tested in 2017 when her beloved father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. She learned that nothing can lessen the pain of losing someone you love.

Rachel is interviewed by Sophie Ratcliffe, author of The Lost Properties of Love, her own memoir of bereavement.
