Vybarr Cregan-Reid is an author, academic and broadcaster. He is Professor of English & Environmental Humanities in the School of English at the University of Kent. His most recent book is Primate Change: How the World We Made is Remaking Us, which was adapted into two series on the BBC World Service (and BBC Sounds) as ‘Changing World, Changing Bodies’. He is also the author of Footnotes: How Running Makes us Human. He has written widely on the subjects of literature, health, nature and the environment for the BBC, the Guardian, and many, many others.
