Sarah Hutchinson-Jarman is a poet, author, and illustrator. Originally from Britain, she grew up in the Middle East and returned to England to study Creative Writing and English Studies. After having children, Sarah wrote a successful blog on parenting, with many amusing poems and parodies thrown in. Some of these made it into her tongue-in-cheek parenting book Poo Poo Parenting. Her first, more serious, book was Lela Ashes of Childhood, co-written with Lela Burbridge. The book depicts Lela's life growing up as an AIDS orphan in Uganda. Sarah has gone on to release her first picture book, Frog Finds Home, and her first novel The Funeral is due for publication in June 2023. Sarah lives with her husband and two children in The Cotswolds.
