Niki Webster is an award-winning blogger and food consultant. She launched her blog, Rebel Recipes, in 2015 and has amassed an army of foodie fans looking for recipe inspiration and plant-based eating know-how.
She has worked with brands such as Holland & Barrett, Wholefoods, Sainsburys and Waitrose. She has developed menus and recipes for restaurants and cook books.
Niki is a certified Holistic Health Coach and PlantLab Level 1 Raw Chef. She also co-hosts Feast Supper Club - seasonal and organic feasts in cosy dinner party settings.
Niki lives near Birmingham with her husband but spends as much time as she can travelling to the places that inspire her most.
